1. Returns
- We have 10 days of return policy , which means you can return the products in 10 days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kinder Kalari. If you may received defective or damaged product, you may escalate the concern within 1 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility For Refund / Exchange

3. Refunds / Exchanges
Once you are eligible for refund/ exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your refund/ exchange request.
- We have 10 days of return policy , which means you can return the products in 10 days
- If your refund is approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- If your exchange is approved, new product will be delivered within 7 business days.
- Exchange courier charges may be charged from the Customer side.
- Customer provides return shipping
4. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exceptions
